Default Window Washer Tube Leak

I discovered part of the window washer fluid line disconnected. I put the tube back into the T-junction and used zip ties to hold the line in place because there's nothing else holding it in place. The truck hasn't been driven with the zip ties yet. Will the zip ties be an issue? There is a leak in the line. How should it be fixed? Should the line be replaced with new tubing?

It’s low pressure, can try an epoxy on a q-tip to seal it all

The spot circled in red is the spot that's loose and the connector between the T-junction and the rubber tubing is plastic. I don't think epoxy will stick to that spot for long.

T connectors cost about 45 cents... Your up to $2.45 to replace everything. Do you need financing?

I bought a 6 ft roll of tubing for my generator's fuel line. 25 cents down and $1 a month for 3 months.
