Re: Sell My 1994 Ranger?
Well by the sounds of it your truck isn't worth much if anything more than scrap unless you plan on being really shady to the person your selling it to. There's 3 things I do in these situations.
#1 part it out, just start taking it apart and selling every nut and bolt thats in goid shape and then scrap whats left. You'll gain some knowledge by taking it apart, if your good you'll probably end up with a bit more cash then selling it straight out. However it takes time, hard work, and skill both mechanical and as a salesman.
#2 donate it, charities won't give you any money but you will get way more than the trucks actual value in a tax deduction.
#3 keep it for backup or project, if it still runs you may use it as a backup or weekend beater or start turning it into a project.
If you do sell it, be a standup guy and make sure the person your selling it to knows what they're getting themselves into if it has tons of problems. You may find someone who wants it for their own project and doesn't care about any mechanical issues.
