Default Differential flush

Hey guys my 2002 ranger 4x2 has 32k original miles , I like to flush the differential fluids , it has the limited slip , what’s the best oil to use ?
I was looking at Mobil1 Synthetic Gear Lubricant LS 75W-90 any good ?
Or should I go with the motorcraft SAE 80W-90 Premium Rear Axle Lubricant?
Does the motorcraft has the friction stuff in it for LS ?

Mobil one synthetic 75w90 is all i use. It has the necessary friction modifiers for limited slip rears in it already. Motorcraft fluid does not, you have to purchase the friction modifier separately.
