Default Mileage on Rangers

I have been just browsing on Rangers for sale and have came across one that I just love! It's a 2004 Edge with 145,369 miles, not liking the camper top but I could sell that. I know this may sound noobish but whats usually the lifetime of a Ranger when it comes to mileage? I know it depends on your service and how well you take care of it but here's a link of the truck below. Thanks!

150k and they refuse to crank anymore, just on principle.
I'm about to hit 150k, and mine runs just fine. I take care of it, and its given me no sign of quitting.

it seems as though they go at least 220K before anything really gives out for the most part with proper maintenance

well just like every vehicle it depends on how well you maintain it and how well the previous owners treated it but of corse ive seen a few rangers go through hell and back and keep on going just like one idiot i knew ran swamp water in his radiator and had it like that for 50k+ miles..

tho only ranger ive owned with under 100,000 is my 01 i have now but my 86 had 180,000 on it when i replaced it, my 96 had 140,000 on it when i sold it and my 93 had 245,000 on it when i sold it, all of them had the original, not rebuilt motors. if properly maintained they can last for a long time.

Maintainence Maintainence Maintainence Maintainence

Anything will last if you take care of it properly.
In high school, my first car was a 98 Cavalier. I put 256,000 miles on it when I sold it to some chick in Baton Rouge.
My first Ranger had 165k when it got wrecked by an asshat thunder**** in a dodge dually.
Just check out for the basics like fluid leaks, how it shifts/idles/etc, and make your decision.
IMO, 145k on an 04 is kinda high.
My 2002 has 73k.

My 99 Ranger is about to roll over to 200,000 in about 8 thousand miles. I've done the expected maintenance. Still running problem free.

Yeah, 145k seems high! I was just too excited when I saw it for it's price!
