Shouldnt need to flip shackles to level it and doing so will put your headlights looking for squirrels in the trees [exaggeration].
What are you after? the prerunner look? or ground clearance? I run 2" What are you judging buy or measuring from. If you measure from the center of the hub to the fender lip you should be within a .50" +/- front and back and depending on the condition of the coils, leaf springs, tire pressure of all things (YES it can change things), left measurements vs right side measurements there a re a few variables to check over.
On my 93'-94' hybrid so to speak, I run 2" Daystar spacers up front until my Mid travel kit comes in and the trucks rear leafs are an upgraded from a 3pk to a 5pk and 550lbs more payload and giving me a 1.55" lift in the rear and my truck (2WD) actually sits level at this point. I sit on 33"s with a 2" BL as well.
So my point being are you looking to satisfy an aesthetic look or something functional? All lifts arent exactly functional and maybe what you are after isnt the right direction to go. So with that maybe we can help you dial it in better?
