Default oil pressure sensor 2010 2.3

2010 2.3 stick reg cab.

There is what looks like some type of sensor next to oil filter that sits horizontal looks like it is leaking motor oil...

Is it the oil pressure sensor?

Does it use a a copper washer? Gasket? Or like a pipe fitting just uses like sealer in the threads.

Is it as simple as unplug the electrical plug, drain oil, unscrew old one, clean area, screw new one, add oil. Fire up ranger. Thats it? What size wrench?
