I can not find a demo or how to post on changing tranny oil in a 2007 with automatic. 4cyl, with 90K most city miles.

If like the older ones without a drain plug, get a really big pan, take all the bolts out except one at a front corner, and one at a back corner. Then while holding the back up, remove that bolt, loosen the front one, then slowly let the back corner down while loosing the front bolt, at that point you'll see why the big pan.

ChrisFix on youtube has a video. I used it as reference when I did my '07. I thought it was very helpful. I just changed out however much I pulled out of the pan and changed the filter. mine wasn't bad. I think I used 6 new quarts.
