I can't possibly understand how front rotors could the cause the rear end to bounce or shutter. Sounds like the rear drums are warped.

X2 on that. Its possible all 4s are warped. You can have them checked and turned.

I bought new drums and shoes for rear. They have never been addressed
before,all original.Truck has done the same since i bought it at 45 k.Now 95 k.
Front has new ball joints, rotors turned, new pads.I'm betting its warped drums,
and shoes.I'll let you know how it goes.hopefully no more bouncing when breaking. Anymore thoughts are welcome!

Got her all fixed.New front rotors,ceramic pads,new inner@outer tie rods,with grease fittings.1 hour later,new alignment.Runs like a new truck.
After all the BS,it was my front end,as i thought.
After around $430,labor included, trucks like new.
By chance the alingment guy, loved my truck,so i know he did a good job.

see ya,old retired guy

When I had to slam on the brakes in the rain with my 07, the brake pedal would pulsate a little.
