Hello I do light Vermont off roading / mudding. I do NOT want a lift, but want to keep my truck mostly stock (besides upgraded shocks). Anyway, just to protect the underside, transfer case, and rear diff, Im thinking about adding skid plates. I think these come standard on FX4 but I can't even find photos of the underside so I could replicate it. Does anyone know where to buy or how to make ranger skid plates? where are the most needed on the undercarriage? Thanks

my fx4 had 3 skid plates, one under the gas tank, the others protected the transfercase and the area between the valance and cross member

Only oem one worth having is the gas tank skid plate. They others don't really do anything. Make some or buy aftermarket ones. I think RCI has some.
