Question HID Questions

Hey everyone, had a few questions on installing hids onto my 2003 ford ranger. First, are projector headlights required(from ebay, ect) Second, are there any plug and play kits that work with stock connector. No big deal if not, a little splice isn't hard. Any issues with running a 9007 hi/low bulb. I plan on getting my hid kit from ddm, and they have this kind of hi/low hid bulb. Last, does anyone have a diy or how to on taking the actual headlights out. Thanks

Never installed a HID kit but I think they are "plug and play" no splicing required

Pretty much all the kits are plug and play. You want 9007. And I've never seen it done on anything but the stock lights (not projectors.)

be prepared to wait 2+ weeks for your order from DDM, i had to wait 2 weeks for mine because they were "out of stock" and didnt inform me of that till AFTER they were supposed to be here, and i only live 2 hours from their business...

DDM is bullshit. I ordered from HID4U on ebay and got mine in like 3-4 days.
