Good afternoon.

Today at a local JY some really nice 2002 seats showed up. The sales people can not confirm they will fit my 1995. The dealer said the same thing(different part numbers). So to avoid buying them and their not working I'm asking here on the Ranger forum.

I assume you have seen this thread: Seats that fit in the Ranger ?

From what I seen there all seat will fit from ext cab to ext cab, maybe with minor issues from rails and seatbelts. I know when I put explorer seats in my 95 I needed to use my old seat belt floor mounts as the explorer were rotated 90 degrees, take a tape measure to compare if you aren't sure

What I had to do on my 03 I use to have was completely disassemble both sets of sets and change over all the mounting hardware. Took about 3 hours total but WELL worth it. Went from the pleather to cloth. Worth the time and every penny.

Worst case, take them back or resell them. Good seats are kinda hard to come by at times.

Very nice seats they were on a 2002 with 105k miles.
