Default Brake reservoir cap

I noticed that the cap on my brake reservoir is sitting very loose. I did't see a gasket on there. Can anyone tell me if their cap is sealed?

Thanks in advance!

Default Re: Brake reservoir cap

Yes it should be sealed. The should be a river boot inside the cap. Brake fluid goes bad quick with moisture, you should flush and refill with fresh fluid.
