The frame horn brackets are made, just covering with steel plates and I should be done

Looks a lot like an ARB bumper. Big issue is weight if you're going steel. Consider aluminum if you can. Some good tundra/Tacoma bumpers in aluminum for comparison. http://www.aluminess.com/toyota/

I can tig weld pretty good, but I don't know where I can buy aluminium plates?
