Default driveabilty issues 2.3 1988

So 1988 ranger i know i have a ground issue cause its a pita to start sometimes thats first on my list but when it starts cold it idles like it has a huge cam for at least 30-60 seconds and then acts fine till its warm then it stumbles dies idles up and down unless your moving its fine but it dont like stop and go at all and it seems to run cold its only like 2 letters up on the gauge

No one? Okay. Whell this isnt what i would call a common issue. In older eec-iv fords its common as a fuel issue. I would try to see if you have a jacked up injector or a fuel pump thats not putting pressure. esp on cold mornings, Electric motors have more trouble. Id bet money its a fuel issue

I quit reading the OP when it became obvious that it was one big run on sentence. That, and my being unwilling to decipher and clean up the mess in order to figure out what the vehicle concern is. Maybe no one answered for about the same reason.

Cowboy its us cleaning up the mess thatmakes FRF so awesome. The only small truck ford made with every cyl head that cracks and we are here to talk about how awesome they are and how to fix them.

aww i sorry and i dont care obviously you do and is why you decided to make a post ive got a pos ford ranger and i would like it to run a bit better

so after some digging the o2 connector is melted thing runs like a champ under a load going down the road is great but stopping at a light its hit or miss if it just dies

Start it up and smack the IAC with a wrench and see if the idle changes.

the egr is sorta blocked off the pipe is crimped closed coming out of it
