Vin decoder
Found a pretty cool vin decoder for Ford vehicles. Enter your vin and it pretty much gives you every detail of what was on your truck when it left the factory. http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

Haha I've been trying to push that website to everyone with questions of their truck. One of my favorite sites!

Re: Vin decoder
Al, you should have asked. I found that site over four years ago.

Re: Vin decoder
Thanks a million for your ford etis website info! I was looking for information on whether I had a limited-slip differential. Again many thanks for a most useful bit of info, I am grateful.

Re: Vin decoder
Saved the summary page for mine. It claimed my '03 Edge 3.0L has the 8.8 rear diff. My son didn't believe it, so he crawled under it and checked the tag. Yep! 8.8 with 4:10 gears. Whodathunkit?

Re: Vin decoder
Never heard of a single supercab before, thought it was just called an extended cab.
Six of one, 1/2 dozen of the other i suppose.
