Need an airintake manifold
Need an air intake manifold for my 1991 Ranger XLT 3.0 V6. I have be checking everywhere now for days and no one has it due to the age of the truck. It has been a great work truck and now I need the part so I can pass smog.

 I am searching for an Air Intake manifold for a 1991 Ranger XLT 3.0.( runs from the air cleaner to the throttle body). I have checked high nd low and seeing that it is n older truck no one carries it. Any suggestions?

have you tried rock auto.com? they tend to have some fairly odd stuff like that.

I was wrong on my post for the intake manifold for my 1991 Ranger XLT, with the 3.0 It wasn't a manifold, it is the Air Intake Tube that runs from the Air cleaner on the passenger side, then behind the radiator to the throttle Body which is on the drivers side. I believe that it is the same from 1989 to 1994. Can't even find one at a junk yard??

Check out your local Craigslist for "Auto Parts" sold "By Owner". There are often Rangers being parted out. You just need to figure out whether it fits yours, whatever engine you happen to have. This one has an air intake tube in the photo:
