Default Ranger recurrent door problem?

So far i've spent about 10 hours at the dealershit for them to have told me twice that they fixed my problem, only to have made it worse.

There's a weird sound in my rear passenger door, as if there's a part loose, i could hear it when the music is on (sorta like a blown speaker sound), and now that the "specialists" repaired it, it's even louder; you can hear it from outside the truck now. a loud off-beat vibration.

I was told by a previous owner its a common problem with recent rangers but he forgot what it was about.

The last time i was told it was fixed, i asked the tech to come out, and showed him that it vibrated more, he ordered a new speaker.

Now, i don't mind Ford wasting thousands of dollars on my truck (@99$/hr it adds up fast!), and changing parts that were just put in not two months ago, but it's the daytime appointments when i should be sleeping that bothers me a tad. If anyone has a clue what it could be, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want to risk it, seems there is a lot of plastic pins, when the guy at the dealership took the door apart, he broke two out of seventeen.

I'll mention the lock rod to them next week.

It's the rear passenger door, the small one in the back.
