2005 Ford Ranger Extended Cab - 3.0 L - Automatic Transmission - 2 wheel drive

Mods: 2006 Grill. This is completely stock other than it did not come with a cruise control. I had my local Ford dealer install a factory cruise replacing the steering wheel with one with the controls as well as the other items necessary to male the cruise work.

I get 3 blinks and have already replaced the brake switch an run a diagnostic to ensure it is working.

I tried this diagnostic everything works as it should using the multimeter except I get 920 ohms instead of 2200 when I press resume and 478 ohms when I press set instead of 680. Coast is 113 vs 120.

I'm guessing because all the inputs seems to be working and the brake switch seems to be functioning that the cruise servo itself has gone bad? Is this correct to assume based on these diagnostic results?

Which brake switch? One on master cylinder or one on pedal?
