Re: Blowing My First paycheck
heres my suggestion to you because this is what i do. lets say you want something that cost $500. instead of blowing your whole check on it why dont you save up for it? develop a little fund that you contribute x amount of dollars to every time you get paid. if my average check was $550 i would probably do something like $100 a check. at this rate you will have the money in five paychecks, and assuming that you get paid biweekly will be a grand total of 2 1/2 months. this way you can get what you want and still be able to do other things with your life like go out and do stuff with your friends or buy groceries and what not while still giving you time to think about whether or not you really want it. it aslo gives you a true sense of accomplishment in the end and you will still hold value in what your buying.
just my 2 cents yo.
