What did you do to your ranger today thread IV
Scored parts I have been looking for for a while now. Found them at my local pick and pull! The large part is a oem radiator cover panel and the two smaller pieces are oem headlight cover panels. Nothing wrong with them got all the hardware all they need is some TLC and they are gonna look great in the engine bay. These came off a 98 edge and they are a direct swap to my 05 engine bay!

Drove it, got annoyed by the plastic rattle seemingly coming from the cup holders around the gear shifter

Next time. should have added tie rods and bars, along with alignment, but still overpaid I'm sure. Call it Post Harvey need for vehicle syndrome.

Looks pretty sharp! I like the way those are broken up into small "dashes" rather than one long light strip.

Thanks! I always had one of the solid led bars on the truck up until last year when it broke, so this is a new look for me. $20 at mallwart so why not??
I will say its good knowing I can drop the spare tire without ripping things apart too!

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread IV
My fix for the bench seat cup holders being to short to hold water bottles.
My boss said to learn how to use our 3D printer so I printed a cup holder extender, and used a rubber band as a grip surface.
no more water bottles rolling around the cab

Spilled a cup of coffee and then later soda in it, first time spilling anything in her and of course it's got to be 90 degrees that day, steam cleaned and a good interior detail was to follow, smells great now, still loving this truck

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread IV
Hey all. I just wanted to announce that it is with great sadness that after over a decade of being a Ranger owner (two trucks), I am selling my current Ranger and buying a GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain X. So what did I do to my Ranger today? Posted it for sale. The grand finale of selling it to come soon. I will remain a user of the FRF. Many fond memories with my Ranger will live on. At the same time, a part of me will die. A part that I will place in the glovebox for the new owner. Once a Ranger owner, always a Ranger owner. So, think not of this as the death of a Ranger owner, but the birth of a new one. I will pass on the Ranger torch to the next generation and tell him/her to carry it on with great pride over road, rocks and mud.
Gardner out *drops *
