How much did all that hit you? I'm thinking about doing a lot of that but tight on the cash

Parts alone were right around $500 from Rock auto, plus another $150 on miscellaneous tools I didn't have, ball joint press, work light, etc. I didn't want to rent anything so bought whatever it was I needed.
Then there's the alignment, another $120. I think that's it.. About $800 give or take, but I'm confident that the job was done right and with the best parts I could afford.
It definitely makes a huge difference tho..

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread IV
Yesterday, but I'm still feeling it today...
Replaced the upper and lower intake gaskets, valve cover gaskets, etc. Cleaned the fuel injectors, replaced the spark plugs and wires, ignition coil, belt, and t-stat. Took me like 9 hours total, if I include the times I had to stop and look stuff up. if I had to do it again, I could probably cut that time down to like 5 hours, but just cleaning everything took a couple of hours, and a few bottles of brake clean.

I'm going to either piggyback off the brake light fuse or find an unused slot. Haven't decided.

Post a picture when you get the lower bumper portion back on. I've been thinking about doing this for awhile and would like to see what the whole front end looks like with it.

Nah...I wish I got those headlights. It's a sport 2 door hardtop in granite crystal. Bought it today. I'll post pics tommorow when I pick it up. I told them to wash it and gas it up.
