you could have just got universal one that has no drilling required. Like mine.

The antenna is universal, but I wanted the antenna to sit flush and the hole in the washer was too small.

Gave the 5.0 an oil change with a fresh filter. Also changed the oil pressure sensor as it took a minute or two before it would show I had oil pressure

Did the new sender fix your problem. My gauge shows zero pressure until I've been driving a few minutes.
