Default Anyone have chart or spreadsheet for maintenace?

Does anyone have a self-made or downloaded "spreadsheet" or printable table for regular maintenance on our trucks?

Something that has the things that recommended to be replaced (for long term ownership) and at what mileage? Fluid changes, plugs, stuff like that.

Obviously owners manual has this info, but I've seen some pretty cool ones for other cars. I have one for my car. Sometimes what a good mechanic or knowledgeable guy about X-model vehicle, will be different from a Manufacturer for different reasons.

It's just a convenience thing.

I have a 2004 4.0 4x4 XLT automatic... but doesn't necessarily need to be model specific... just for Rangers.

At my work there's a chart
5K for oil changes
30K fuel filter
60K transmission fluid
100K spark plugs, pvc valve, driveline service, coolant.

Something like this should be in the owners manual too

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for! Thanks.

Everyone should print this out for an easy way to track their truck maintenance!
(Good job of Ford to provide this)

That chart only goes to 150k miles.

They obviously didn't expect so many people to put 200k+ miles on their Rangers.

Actually, I think it was really called "The Maintenance Schedule booklet":
