Anybody hear of or use the vdp toolboxes with speakers?

These things look pretty nice but I don't wanna buy one unless I know it'll last or not. I hate doing online returns. I also don't wana make my bed to narrow. If anyone has these, or know someone who does, let me know what you think. It's either this or a new double din deck.
