^^ Thats a lot more info than i found. sad day... although I must say that its been kinda obvious that this was going to happen because from 2008 on, they have been dumbed down... actually, really from '04 on, but '08 is where they really started to fall. '01-'03 FTW!

I am however curious to know what the new F100 will offer. Hopefully nothing stupid and flashy, but have no balls. I like the rugged look of the '03 and previous rangers. I cant stand the flashy luxury car look of the newer trucks (especially the rest of the F-series)

well glad I picked up my 2010!

Athough some might not agree with Ford getting rid of it...they must be doing something good compared to the other "US" car makers....Although I will say mostly chose the ranger due to it's one of the last "mini' trucks out there...and really can't afford toyota's price....

Plus political reasons I'd just rather stick with FORD ...... I guess only time will tell eh

I was just told by a Ford sales manager that there will be a commercial on tonight's NBA final game showing the new redesigned Ranger. This was in response to my asking for info about a crew cab ecoboost Ranger. Apparently it will be out as a 2011 model!

That is about the only thing that could make the NBA worth watching... what time is the game on?

personally i LOVE f-100's mainly because my dad owns a 1954 F-100 where i learned alot of the things i know about vehicles from. but i belive they might do what they did to the crown vic , kill it for the public but sell it to companys with the ranger. or they could keep it as a short cab only and make the F-100 the midsize killer and drop the sport trac i mean i rarely see any NEW (aka ugly) sport tracs do you?

oh and there isn another small cab small bed truck like the ranger for sale at least to corporations, almost all of the napa stores around here are using this jap mobile truck i think its a isuzu but im not sure.

This is not an official ford photo. This picture has been around for a while it is a concept created by the sig in the photo. it is a photo shop. I am sure this is a possiblity but I would like to see this ranger you saw last night...........????????????
