Much confusion out there or so it seems to me. At this point, will there be only one cab style (regular, no jump seats) for 2011 ?

I doubt it lol, I'm sure they're have hella options. That would destroy the market

I wouldn't mind a crew cab Ranger with a real rear seat I mean everybody else who makes a compact truck has a crew cab out there. I don't think Ford even knows what they are doing with the Ranger.

Adding a crew cab would mean raising the purchase price to the level of the competition. Personally, when i bought my truck, i didn't want two more seats in the back, i just wanted more interior space.

Then again, the ranger is the last of the compact trucks, anything else is pretty much mid-sized now. Besides, for the price of a tacoma doublecab, i can get a f150 supercrew xlt. Why bother with a ranger at those prices?

I can not now find the website that implied only regular cab Ranger in 2011, and then none at all in 2012.
I am looking for a 2011 in 4WD, Auto, access or super cab (not the full back seat for the same reason as yours) towing capability and a 5' bed.
Just how different in price would a Ranger be, similarly equipped as above, from a Tacoma/Dakota/Frontier, none of which interest me as they are simply too big for my tastes (and driveway, lol ! )
