Im pretty sure back in the day (not sure what year.. prob 80's) they made and f100 Ranger.. there is one that drives around and i wondered wtf it was till i finally got next to it one day and thats what the emblem on the fender said.. just sayin lol

I'm going to the dealer today to talk to the sales manager. Maybe they will run it tonight. Stay tuned , I'll do my best to find out. I am about to buy a new Frontier LE crew cab but I'd sure likea Ranger that is a little smaller and lighter and gets about 10 mpg more. That Ecoboost 4 should be sweet. The bed would have to be close to 5 ft though, not like that silly Sport trac.

Hey, welcome to the forums, and I live in Tigard!
Get a ranger exxtended-cab... You will NOT regret it. I've seen Dakotas, Taco's, and Frontiers up close, and none of them compare anywhere near the ranger. The only thing that they have better than the ranger is the crew cab.

When I went to the dealer the guy I talked to before was off. Another manager said he was meeting the Ford rep and would get back to me with any news. The Ranger super cab can't seat four adults in any comfort so i need a crew. I want to replace my wife's pet BMW wagon and my F 250 with one vehicle,because we hardly use them since we got our Smart. Please don't start a rant about how it's a deathtrap-I just don't believe it after doing my research.
