Got started on changing out my ps pump, but forgot about the pressed in pulley... Also, the nut on the gear box for the return line is stripped and rusted in, and it's under the wierd shock that attaches to the engine, kinda held us up... So we're soaking it in blaster

Drove it to school ran exceptionally well, so maybe it will blow up tomorrow. Parked next to the campus maintenance Ranger. No pics so maybe it did not happen.
Thinking about organizing a Ranger poker run lots of them there. We can discuss how much we want Tacos, full sizes, and how to get bolt on power out of Vulcan motors. Free Hot dogs they always show up if there is free Hot dogs.

Right now just in my head, but it would be taking place in Florida from Tarpon Springs to St. Pete. I have ran a bunch over the years for biker organizations always a good time.
I can't count how many Rangers/Mazdas I see at school (most in conditions that show they have enthusiast owners), so it may be a possibility.
Then we will organize, and have a rumble with the Jeep kids!

Suspension first. Everyone will agree lol them do blocks or add a leaf in the rear with a spindle lift up front.

um... no.
The only way to properly fix the timing chain rattle on a 4.0L SOHC is to pull the motor and replace the worn guides or replace the motor if you wanted to with an updated set of guides or an 04+ motor.
The rattle is due to the play in the chain from worn guides. If its really the timing chains doing that, try to fix the problem before it goes boom lol
anyway today I sourced a pair of bilstein shocks from a supplier because the ones i need are on national back order >___<
I had originally ordered them from 4 wheel parts last week but they waited till now to tell me they're back ordered. I'm never buying anything from 4wp again due to their piss poor inventory management

The cats have heat shields and the welds that hold them on like to break.
