I am opposite I had the white trim and hated it. got rid of them so now i just wait till some 06+ fall in my lap I see the they have the black trim +

thats pretty much what happened to me. Clinton wanted my old black tail lights, so I traded them for a set of '06 Night shaded corners. My friend saw them and thought they'd look good on his '07 Level II. So he installed the black ones, I got the clear ones. and now my old ones are up for sale.
