Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Today I made a rear window screen. I will be making a trip from NC to LA this winter and will sleep in the truck cab. Put a homemade mattress behind seats (extended cab) which is very comfortable. Have a survival backpack and other devices that use no or little electicity for trip. My two sons and 4 grandkids are in LA and I will spend Christmas and New Years with them! After LA I will go back thru Las Vegas and then to the grand canyon, about a 6 week trip on a shoestring!

Take a strap...you'll need it lol
I aired up my tires a little more to get some better mileage, these things have a huge PSI rating...Aiming for 21 mpg. Also cleaned the MAF just because, and looked at all the rust starting under her...almost painting time...

Ah the joys of truck ownership, looking like a badass, only to discover your credit card caught fire, permanently burning your ass hair off and scarring your butt cheek. It's a hard life to lead.
