I can't stand that crap. I pull those off the second I get a car home!
I bought a brand new Mazda 3 awhile back and they put the dealer decal above my Mazda on the trunk...you know those ugly ridiculous ones with a phone number and all?
Yeah...when I came to inspect the car for pick up I noticed it.
I kindly offered to advertise for them if they took $1,000 off the car.
The detailer had it gone in 5 minutes. Lol

I dropped in a K&N High-Flow filter, swapped out the stock 25w 6x8s for new Kenwood 80watts and built a removable sub-floor in the super-cab (so my dog has a carpeted and elevated surface to stand/lay on)!

Pictures of the box? I'm going to be building the same kind of thing this summer. But not for my dog. WAY too big for in cab rides! Lol
He's strictly a bed rider. Lol

I just bought a 'slab of wood' and cut it to fit between the jumper seats. It's 4'x18'' and fits perfectly along the back-end. I carpeted it with a 'marine' carpet runner (keeps the interior water proof) and added a block brace in the center to account for the flex.
I'll post pics once it's light outside.
I have a spoiled Corgi so she gets her own 'couch' in the cab with us.

How did you install the newer tailgate emblems? Cut off the alignment holes since these were not made for the older models?

I used a Ford 4X4 emblem from a newer explorer to cover the holes in the tailgate where the old Ford logo was and removed the guide pins from the new Ford logo and new Ranger emblem and got the placement measurements from a new Ranger to position the emblems correctly. The fender emblems went right on in place of the old ones with no modifications.

Lol...I forget what the number was exactly. It was over 7-8 years ago. I just threw some big number at them to get the decal off. Lol

I hate those dealer decals, they certainly dont give you a discount for the free advertisement they get out of em.
