Fresh plugs, wires; they were 13 years old. Put in synthetic oil.

who needs one of those? when I learned what a 'starter' did for my truck, I decided to remove it for better weight, therefore better top speed/mpgs. push start everyday ftw!

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
ok but TBarr has a 2004...and in his signature he says a t-bar crank with 3" bl, which is what I have, so his isn't a TTB.
So I have 33s and they rub, so back to my question, how is he running 35s??

There might be a difference in the rim backspacing between your truck and his.

Righto, the bigger the backspacing number the further out from the body the tire will stick out.

Nope, the smaller the backspacing number is, the further out they will be.

He has fiberglass fenders, 3.75" BS on his wheels & 2" spacers to push it out even further.
His build thread is right here people: TBarr's '04

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Ok that makes more sense...
Personally I wouldn't want my tires to stick out more than they do, I already have aftermarket flares, if they stick out more, its just more rock chips and paint damage..

Why not replace with larger factory exhaust manifold??
Headers are great for SHOW vehicles but they're notorious for going bad on daily driven vehicles.
We have a '64 ChevEl Camino with 2.5" Factory Dual Exhaust, so it BREATHES, there 4 NO (problematic) headers.
CHEERS!!
