What has me wondering tough, is why the wet inside?
These are brand new assemblys, to replace the originals, one of which
was being held together with clear packing tape!! To keep the broken lens pieces in place!

I had this problem once. Check the the bulb base assembly. Not the seal on the bulb, but the base. There are sometimes cracks and crevices on the bulbs. I sealed mine up with liquid tape.

Its been pouring here all day. My neighbor decided to drive her car up to her house in the grass... Got stuck and dug her front tire into the mud. She came over and knocked on my door, asked for help. So I pulled a car outta the mud tonight.

I'm installing vinyl flooring to replace the carpet that originally came with my truck. The vinyl flooring does not come in until tomorrow. Today I ripped out all my interior, cleaned and shampooed my seats and console. I used clear coat on my center console and i Installed a K&N FIPK.

Couple days ago I had a new bumper made. As it was getting made I went ahead and took off my previous bumper well when I did this I disconnected my fog lights that I put on. Well I then just zip tied them up, they aren't touching and I wouldn't think they would cause any problems but ever since that day my battery gauge on my cluster will begin to randomly wiggle. sometimes it will do it the whole time I'm in the truck and other times it doesn't. My headlights also flicker when this happens I don't mean they turn off and back on but the light just isn't a solid beam it flickers. Any ways all that being said I went and had my new battery tested as well as my alternator. Everything checks out any ideas?

Sounds like You have something grounding out somewhere. If you have a volts meter, Hook it up to the battery and start pulling fuses one at a time.
Also turn on lights and any other power accessories watch for voltage drops. This way you'll at least have an idea of where to start.

No, just have to tear the motor down to the heads. If you want to rebuild it then you have to pull it
