Fixed my screw up in cutting a hole, installed the window regulator, window glass, window guide rails and seals, and the interior and exterior window weather seal on the old Ranger's replacement door. Wet sanding and paint polishing to follow in the next few days before it gets hung and aligned. It won't be show room quality but it will be red and similar in color to the rest of the truck.

I'll be doing that soon enough on the driver's side when I replace the lower ball joint. The passenger side was done last year for the same reason.

Do it before it breaks! Had to cut off my drivers side with a grinder cause the top bolt head broke off (which is why I was replacing them to begin with...)

Used it to move 100 gallons of heating oil. Tomorrow it will get new tail gate cables. and take a 175 mile drive out to my son's place.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
me and my dad replaced a water pump and radiator in the autozone parking lot because the fan decided to break off. We were an hour from home so that was not an option. Also whoever decided not moving the compressor up half and inch is a complete ass, We had to unbolt that and the power steering pump just to get at one bolt that would not come out otherwise.

yeah, the water pump/fan clutch is not a fun job, especially on the 3.0. Have to unbolt so much random stuff.

That's the plan. I have a knocking in the front suspension and suspect it's the lower ball joint on that side. I figure while I'm there, I cut off the sway bar end link. I had to cut the passenger side one off when I did the passenger side.

I put in a "new" Delta tool box in the back that my grandad gave me for free. it needs a new key cut for it but that will get done next saturday.
