Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Found out the the pitman arm is a pain in the ass to pull.... the solid axle makes it hard to get an impact in there, and I can't fit a pitman puller on it because of the cross member... oh well...

Found out that some things that Ford makes aren't cheap or simple, discovered my thermostat is burned out.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Washed it and changed the oil. At 70 miles a day, those oil changes come quick. I'm thinking about buying stock in Castrol and Wix.
I shaded the tails and front sides/blinkers. Only did it because you people forced me to do it. Ok, ok...I'll admit, it looks a hell of a lot better with the truck being black and all....My wife hates this forum, BTW. She'll ban me for sure.
Rear:
Front: I'm torn on the look of the front. I didn't want to shade the headlights. Sort of defeats the porpose of restoring them.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Did two things today.
Installed a fire extinguisher, since my friend's truck caught on fire last week.
And for those of us with regular cab trucks, heres an idea on saving a little space. Let me know if you like it!
