Replaced the spark plugs, wires and the coil pack. Still never fixed the problem.

Loaded it up with 860 pounds of scrap metal-mostly cast iron from my old boiler that we just had replaced last month-and took it to the scrap yard.

Me and a buddy dropped the trans and installed a new clutch and slave. Talk about a pain in the ass!!!

Put gas in it..had more spill out of the tank/filler neck onto the concrete. Gonna talk to my Automotive teacher about bringing it in and fixin' 'er up.

Finished the POR-15 application to the rear frame. Ready for putting the bed back on...and about to finish purchase of Ranger #2, a 1997 regular cab 4.0 5 speed.

Reinstalled my new 4" blocks upside down so the axle lines up with the leaf spring dowel now and tire is centered in the wheel well, way to go Summit, the pin was on the top, so I removed the 1/2 " pin and drilled out the hole to 5/8" and made a new 5/8" pin 1" long for the bottom and now everything lines up perfect. the tapered blocks are nice because they bring the pinion angle back down to about 3 degrees,

Nope, im thinking its ujoints. It shifts so much better. I can actually get it into 1st and reverse easily!

u-joints are another pain in the ass. i just did mine like 2 weeks ago. those stupid needle bearings in the end caps are a bitch
