Swapped out the junk NEW aftermarket thermostat for a new OEM Motorcraft one, and changed the radiator drain pet****.

havent been on for a while cuz ive been busy with my new job, BUT ive been able to show some TLC to the ranger for helping me get through work (i drive about 200+ miles when working) changed the oil, cleaned the inside of the cab, washed the engine/engine bay, washed and waxed the whole truck, wet sanded and finally cleared up the yellow haze on my headlights, changed the reverse and brakelight bulbs, installed some bed lights (have come in handy lately) and am currently in the process of blacking out my truck. tinted my tails and corners today and hopefully tomorrow i can start on the headlight mod

I did a couple of things:

1. Bought new winter wiper blades and some washer fluid.

2. Bought some silicone lube and sprayed all my door seals to keep them soft, moist and prevent freezing.

3. Bought some rim cleaner to clean my Aluminun wheels while they are off the truck for the winter.

Made a trip to the jy - got bucket seats and a console from a Mountaineer and 3 OHC's while I was at it. $120 for everything. Pulled the covers off the seats and put them in the washer - came out pretty good. Console has been broken down and scrubbed. Looks pretty good but not as nice as I had hoped. Now to decide whether or not to paint. Pics after install........

Black Out almost complete. Finally did the headlight mod and it looks beast! Now jus need to paint the off road lights up top and save up a little more to buy some black steels!

But I can't do air silencer mod as my bro got me a cai 4 b day already but I did throttle cable mod today & love it. What else can I mod?

Went wheeling out on the trails, and hit up the gravel roads. Got my truck sideways plenty of times! Next time I head out, Ill get pictures & videos. Had a blast.

changed oil with fresh synthetic pennzoil 5w-20,platinum,also changed filter.
glad i did,it was pretty much black.and i just changed 3000 miles ago.
59000k on truck.i will continue to change every 3000k.

Picked up 4 50lb. bags of sandbox sand at Home Depot and put right over the rear axle, put a small shovel in the bed in case I get stuck and need to dig out or through some sand by the wheels. New bed cover to keep it all dry. More snow in the forcast for tonight. All ready now.
