I tinted my front side lights, masking off the yellow reflectors and the back of cab brake light. Still have not done the headlight mod out of pure old risk adversion.

|I got rid of the parts truck , gone to the crusher . Picked up a headliner and a fuel door for the step side box. Organized the left over nuts and bolts from the conversion .
Yesterday I had the altenator fail it had 300,000 kms on it ,thankfully I had the spare from the -parts truck , 15 minutes later I was back on the road .

The drivers side lens warped ever so slightly. You can't tell when it's put together with the housing but it still bugs me.

The moral of the story is don't attepmt the headlight mod with brand new lamps that have never seen the light of day.

Took about an hour to re-position the rear bumper so both sides were level and even, and removed the front license plate assembly to spray paint satan black. I must say, I like the trucks look MUCH better without the front license plate so once I get my flog light equipped valence (assuming they aren't pre-drilled?) its staying plate-less. For now though, since there are holes, I'll re-attach the license tomorrow

Tomorrow i plan on taking off the front bumper/mud flaps and spraying them satan black as well.

finally got my interior light fixed, got the stock radio working an converted it to a CD player. =) fuses were out on both. changed them an everything works like a charm. =) the door buzzer works too. which i belive is the most irratating sound on the planet. oh well though,

better to have annoying door buzzer with mods than have no mods at all. lol

Removed running boards and ugly flaps.. new brakes all around and front hubs.. Much more to follow as I just got this truck.

just heard back from the mechanic. front brakes 100%, rear brakes 05%. new fuel filter. and the evap line that goes from the fuel tank to the charcoal canister is broken and that whole line had to be replaced. i think i want to cry. so much for the mod fund. gonna get stuff to hurculine the bed thou.

Drivers side fog light was grungy on the inside...so removed, cleaned and painted the inside of the fog light with bright aluminum . I like my fog lights...they look marvelous...LOL

I hit 55,555 miles on my truck and realized that my 3rd brakelight is burned out.
