Don't remind me.
Today I cleaned a week's worth of bottled water and Powerade bottles out of the truck. Got sick of them all saying hi to my feet while I was driving.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Yesterday fixed the wires in the truck (made everything look cleaner now). Then gave it a nice wash. Now today, took it to the bank then to work. Freaking mail people are so slow. Tonight should come home to some new replacement HID bulbs for the truck!

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
I had a bit of luck today, the 2 door has been making a loud sqeal from the rear top of the engine. After much checking of lub oil and blowing out the cam oil passages, along with swapping the turbo from the 4 door (off the road again with possible warped head) I was biginning to get worried. By luck we noticed a puff of smoke from the back when the noise kicked in - swapped the exhaust manifold gasket and no noise. Drives you mad some of these noises. Going back to stripping 4 doors head for pressure testing & skimming

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
took out grill painted behind it black. Was white so it looked like it was wrecked and repainted which it was.Looks alot better now.Got the horn working again.had a vibration in 3-4 gear thinking it was tranny.Nope turned out to be the front end was toed in to much.I aligned it now it drives smoothas silk again.Sealed front windshield which was part of reason EEC went bad.Now that carpet dry put EEC back in its place in pass kick panel.Next adventures getting all speeds on windshield wipers back only got fast now and drivers side upper shock mount needs re-welded.

Looked at paint for the diff cover and checked the price of fluid to replace it when I drain it I think Imma either use the same blue I do my calipers with or the ford blue engine paint

Took the leather bed cover off because it's old and making the bed smell like mold. Time to look for a nice water tight cover.
