Drove it!

On the Ranger Lariat, I had a problem with the bumper sagging, so I went out and loosened up the brackets, pushed the bumper back up, then re-tightened the bolts. Managed to break a ratchet for the first time in my life. Broke the part the socket sits on flush off.

It was a nice day out today so i washed and detailed my truck. i put armoral on every piece of plastic on the out side of the truck. for being 10 years old it looks pretty damn good.

1st gen got another work over today....

fixed leaky valve cover

different exhaust

replaced spindle bearing

diagnosed a bad front differential bearing as the source of the grinding in 4wd

looks like i have a fun weekend ahead of me

well....i took a friend out mudding, i wasnt planning on doing anything to crazy cus it was just me and him in my truck. we were there about 20-30 min drive around, went threw this pit couple times, decided to go threw it the other way, WHAM!! got stuck. and it was sooo effin stuck!!! had to call dad with the jeep to get me out. wasnt easy. just to get me out, took 2 HOURS!!!!! i kid you not haha, it was so crazy. go rear stuck and we tryed pulling, but rear bumper was all laying on the ground and drive shaft, everything in the rear was on the ground. i went in, straped tow strap around the rear axle(i need hitch ) and pulled from rear, front axle and bumper so couldnt go that way. had to dig out whole fron end, and stick table tops in front of tires...ahh 2 WHOLE HOURS!!! not doing that again ....maybe
