I gave the truck a treat yesterday , I washed it , the first time in 4 months , the body needs work , paint is rough , needs body work and paint in the worst way.

i mad my corners turnsignals and i took the valance off. anybody know how to make it blend in more with out the valance so it doesnt look so trashy

Removed the rubber bed mat and cleaned the bed the made a slight adjustment to the tonneau cover.

installed a brake controller and a 7 pole plug w/ 4 flat to operate my trailer brakes

Put a new battery in it. The previous owner must have put a smaller, cheapie battery in it before trading it in. It was starting to have trouble cranking now that the weather is cold.
Now I have one that's the right size and has 200 more CCA.

pop up trailer that has trailer brakes on it, when going up into the mountains not a problem it's the coming down can be the hard part..
the mountains out here are 6-12 thousand feet above sea level plus I travel into Nevada and might be going to PA this spriong with the trailer and some states req. it. here is a list of states and the trailer brake laws http://www.roadkingtrailers.com/brakelaws.htm

sounds like a lot of you are gettin car washes done... My truck is so filthy right now and i want to see it shine again but i know it is just going to be messy again within a day or so.... maybe ill take it to a wash anyways... just to get the old dirt and salt off
