i need a tool box too, so far walmart has the least expensive ones (diamond plated & low profile) but dont know how good they are.

Nothing recently.
Supposed to be somewhat decent tomorrow.
Hope to get CB wired for power, and get antenna
coax routed. SWR meter is here, so I can get things tuned.
Maybe work on hooking up the auto headlight function of auto
dim mirror.

well my transmission just went out( well i think its stuck between two gears) and im about to drop the original and replace it. is there any tricks or short cuts to make it as easy as possible? also is there anything i should be aware of before and things that i should watch for? any help would be great

A transmission jack would help you out, otherwise, it's pretty straitforward... Use the search function on here or go on youtube, it's been covered plenty if you need some pointers.
