About to Plastidip my wheels. Should I paint it all black or leave my center caps chrome?

Drove it to look at a new ranger. 2006 xlt 4x4 4.0 with nice big toolboxes on each side of the box. 93,000 miles. Hes asking $10,800. It was a work truck for a small plumming company. Does it sound good?

lets see new upper and lower ball joints, oil change, brakes, plugs and wires, air filter, and a new upper plenum gasket and does any one know what the upper intake tightening pattern is I have the 2.5l two plugs per cylinder engine all I can find is the one for the 2.3l
