Sadly. New wheels and tires are still pending consideration lol. I've got a friend that says he knows someone that can get the hookup on tires, he told me he can get them for $50 each, new. My dad says once I've got a deal secured on tires, we will look for wheels. I don't really understand but it's whatever.
Anyway, I was just tired of having a rolling round turd attached to my truck so I sanded and polished the wheel and applied tire bright to the whole thing. It's much better.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Just finished TRYING to wire in an auto dim mirror.
Did a partial rewire of installed OHC, in order to get
wires tied in to the right spots. OHC works again. Recalibrating needed.
The mirror, however, does NOT work. Even though I wired according to
other install instructions found. So, I'm NOT even gonna try to get the auto
headlight function wired.
I figure either I spliced an incorrect wire, or mirror is no good.
Kinda disappointed right now. The money and time spent working
on it, all wasted!!
Unless there's someone close, that would be willing to help, or at least
double check my wiring??

I cleaned my throttle body and my IAC. It runs smoother and the idle is better. It also sounds better

Went to Post Office, put $53 in the gas tank, and caught a northbound sulphur train
a couple miles north of town.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Have a friend in Northglenn, that is 2nd shift fuel track foreman for UP in Denver.
Was tour guide of Burnham Shops many years ago, as a side event during a couple
of major train conventions in Denver. Just something else to keep me occupied!!
Besides model trains and working on my truck!

Drive to parts store to get parts to fix my truck up only to realize bank of america fucked me over and my account is closed with $667 dollars in it from my tax return. I'm so mad I want to cry. My truck technically isnt safe to dive right now and once I'm able to buy all the parts to fix it up like new something has to destroy my dream. I gate bank of america, they can all die.
Sent from my old school HTC EVO Shift so I can screw off at work whenever I want
