Well yes. Obviously it is a mustang body. But I think he was implying that it was a modified (by the buyer) mustang. Which it is not. 1998 Ranger XLT 4X4 3.0L V6 (Straight Pipes) Plans for lift, brush guard, bed bars, fog lights, larger tires, CAI.[/QUOTE I was saying that there is no way that wasn't a mustang just one with modifications done by another company |
Well yes. It is a mustang body. But past that? They are very different vehicles entirely. My dads 2007 mustang gt is NOTHING like my friends S281E. Not even close. Interior? They resemble each other somewhat. Exterior? Still yes. But with major changes. Engine? No. My dads was a V8. The S281E is a V8 Supercharged with biturbos, CAI, and direct fuel injection. That's how it comes from Saleen direct. IMO it's not even comparable to a mustang except in appearance.

Re: What did you do to your ranger today thread
Ripped off the old tonneau cover rails that were attached to my bed with some gum off. Took a bit more work than I thought, but it worked out well. Not sure if I will buy some bed rail covers soon or not. Any suggestions for those?

Cranked the T-Bars this morning. Lifted it 2".
