Default Whats your MPG's right now

Well its winter time so whats your gas mileage looking like right now? Im getting a constant 18mpgs on my 2.3 right now. Hell i didnt think itd be this much of a difference but it is. Over summer i was getting 28-31 mpg, and now its a constant 18. I was expecting a bit more out of her being a 4 banger and all

Right this second, it's an undefined number, since my truck is in the parking garage with the engine turned off.

So it's going 0 miles on 0 gallons. Since you can't divide by 0, I can't really answer your question.

I'm probably averaging 16 mpg or so, though.

Yep, and since we drive trucks discussions of such things seem pointless.

Why do you 'have to' warm it up? I went to Walgreen's Wed's night, and I jumped in my truck and went. The store is 1/2 mile down the road, and the windows were fogged. I knew it was pointless to turn on the heat or defroster, and I didn't feel like waiting to warm up the vehicle in 2 degree weather.

Something will break if I drive it without warming it up when it's -15 degrees.

You don't have an engine heater? How long do you warm it up for?
