Not me - I purchased different wheels that had a smaller amount of backspacing.

you're gonna get all the "pros" of FRF in here in about 5 min and theyre all gonna tell you youre a moron and that you should not run them. speaking from experience, yes spacers are fine. 2in is a little big for my liking on the front, puts more stress on the bearings than id like, but runable. just make sure to retorque them often as they will loosen up on you. maybe use loctite?

x2 on this.

Nothing crazy - but just needs a little preventative maintenance & tender loving care every so often.

Just like everyone does on their lugnuts riiiight?! lol

I have thought about it but I don't want to have to retorque them all the time

For the price of the set of adaptors, you could probably have bought properly backspaced steel wheels brand new....

However, they have their place/purpose and I'm soon going to be running them in 1.5" width for some new rims 'cause 17" rims in a correct backspace for a jacked up truck AND bolt pattern is very very very few and far between. I've seen the light.

I run two inch spacers on my superduty with no issues about 8k miles so far. Just make sure they are seated and use loctite.

Same. The stock rims I had on my truck had 4.25 (I think) backspacing on them. I upgraded to Pro Comp Series 51 wheels (15x8) with 3.75 backspacing and the smaller backspacing pushed the wheels out farther.

I have 2" ones for the rear so my mustang wheels aren't so sunken in. They're bigger than i'd like but stang wheels with massive backspacing and fender flares just doesn't look right.
