Default 99 Mazda B4000

I have a 99 mazda b4000 4x4 auto, I am looking at puting new torsion keys on it to get it a little bit higher in the front. I know they have aftermarket keys you can buy but I was wandering if I could put f150 keys on it or any other full size truck keys to get the same thing? Any help would be great.

Keys are a waste of money, you can crank your torsion bars to achieve a little front end lift.

What do you think I should do to lift the front end a little more? I have my bars cranked and would like it a little higher, should I do a body lift?
