Good attitude. Doesn't sound like you'll be having any issues then.

I am in the process of selling my bars to a member of the forum and after sending multiple pics we have come to the conclusion that the Nerf "bar" for the 2 and 4 door are the same. at least the ones i have. There are multiple mounting holes on the bottom of the bar where you can mount the brackets. Basically the only difference is the brackets them selves. The front brackets are identical. the back brackets are different. So basically you can swap out the brackets and the bars work. Might be worth noting before anybody rules out not buying bars because of the whole 2 door 4 door deal. The buyer had the black Nerf bars and he is just going to use his old rear bracket on my chrome bars.

The mounting holes are all stamped the same but the inserts that you actually bolt into are not inserted into the same holes. The rear cab brackets from a 2 door compared to a 4 door are very different. The front brackets are the same however. I just looked under my truck and a co worker that has the 2 door set up to verify.

Its weird though..one of my bars actually had all the hole inserts threaded for brackets and one didn't. I did end up selling them and the buyer said that he would take the end caps off and through bolt the other bar and said that it should work well. I thought that maybe you could move those inserts around but I was told you cant? If i still had mine i would confirm but i don't.
