I had one of these as a go getter and trash hauler...great truck!
Until I got rid of it and by then I squeezed every drop outta it.
Thats what this one looks like.

If you say you got a few more bucks I'd spend it on your work rig.
Depends on your trade but I always thought my rigs reflected my craft.
I designed and built heavy industrial and commercial steel stuff.

waaay to expensive. my 2001 4x4 supercab 4.0 with all the power options is only worth $5,000 and that's with 104,000 miles.
The truck you looked at is worth maybe $2,000.

That's obscenely overpriced, I sold my loaded, extra clean, no problems and well maintained (with receipts for proof) 1-owner 94 with 4X to a buddy in 05 for less than that guy is asking. You wanna know why he's asking way too much for that truck? It's because it's on a "seconds" lot; seconds lots exist for the purpose of buying vehicles for cheap then selling them to people with crappy credit or those who can't save money. Their goal is to get a down payment from you = to what they paid, then the rest is monthly paychecks for them. If you flee and don't pay, well, they got their money back and eventually they get the turd back; this is an age old game. Unless you meet that type of buyer criteria or want to pay too much, move on and fine a fairly priced one from a private party.

Ya, I'm laughing about this one as I look at it. I never even went to look at it. About a $2000 truck, MAYBE $2500 in San Diego. Today I looked at a 2002 Nissan Frontier 4 door regular box with liner, near new tires etc immaculate 2 owner. 176k miles. They "came down" to $7300 before I even made an offer. Any opinions on Nissan with 176000?

I would never pay that much for a mid sized truck with that high of miles. Maybe a 3/4 ton diesel
